SEEKING: ACTORS, DESIGNERS, AND STAFF FOR PETER AND THE STARCATCHER

The QC Theatre Workshop invites actors, designers, and technicians to submit for involvement in the first local production of the recent Broadway hit Peter and the Starcatcher. The production will be directed by Calvin Vo, with performances rehearsals in May and performances June 2-18.

We will be in touch after that, and may request that actors read for roles and that designers meet with the theatre's staff.

All staff/designer positions are paid a small stipend.

PERFORMANCES
June 2 through June 18
Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30pm, some Sundays at 3:00pm.

REHEARSALS
Several evening and possible weekend-afternoon rehearsals per week beginning approximately May 1.

While rehearsals are mostly arranged according to the availability of the staff and cast, actors and designers are required to adjust their schedules to accommodate weekend and evening tech and dress rehearsals Saturday, May 27 through opening Friday, June 2.

-A resume. (If you don't have a resume, please let us know what theatrical experience you have, if any.)
-A photo. (Only for those seeking acting roles.) -Let us know if you are only interested in a specific position, or if you are interested in being involved in any capacity.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions must be received by FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 24 to qctheatreworkshop@gmail.com

AVAILABLE ROLES
Actors of all ages and types will be considered. Actors will be cast without regard to race or ethnicity.

As written, and per the author's intent, the only female role is "Molly".

Due to the nature and style of the play, most actors will be double- or triple-cast.

The Orphans: The Boy (Peter), Prentiss, Ted
The British Subjects: Lord Leonard Aster, Molly Aster, Mrs. Bumbrake, Captain Robert Falcon Scott, Grempkin
The Seafarers: Bill Slank, Alf, Mack, Black Stache, Smee, Sanchez
The Natives: Fighting Prawn, Hawking Clam, Teacher
